Apparently My Vitriol are the latest band queuing up for another "slice" of the "action". Midget, Marion, My Life Story. Who's the next band beginning with M to reform? My money's on Mansun. Wouldn't actually complain too much about that as it happens, but still...
Anyone people would actually like to see reform? It'll probably happen someday, y'know. Even the Clash were talking about it before Strummer did the decent thing and "retired" from life. Dignity in action, there.
I'd like Pulp to reform, but they won't. I thought they would then I changed my mind.

Didn't My Vitriol reform last year sometime? I certainly saw them in london last year (supported by fightstar heh heh) and then they disappeared again. Is this a new reform? or just the same one but a bit drawn out?

Bands beginning with M to reform? Million Dead anyone? McLusky?
And I don't care what anyone says, I really want to see Smashing Pumpkins and Rage Against The Machine before I get too old. Which doesn't leave me with much time, even with SP supposedly recording again.

I like Mansun. Got a promo copy of the Best of ... and it really doesn't have a poor track on it.
My Vitriol - LOL (actually, they weren't bad - when did they split up?) Midget - My InvisibLOLe BaLOLLOLoon My Life Story - LOLOL
I saw Audioslave play Rage songs to a much better reception than their own songs got at ROCK! Werchter.

Mansun were pretty good, I remember I saw them live in Sheffield before I knew anything about music because... well I'm not entirely sure why, I just have memories of seeing Mansun at the Leadmill. My Vitriol 'officially' never split up, they just took a break in 2002 (which they announced on stage at Kerrang) to make the new record, and then resurfaced last year to play London, and I've not heard anything since!

I too saw Mansun in Sheffield once. At the Foundry though, not the Leadmill. Coincedentally, supported by My Vitriol. (And King Adora.)
The whole premise of this thread seems to be based on NME misinformation. That'd make a change, then.

That would have been a rather good gig, I quite like King Adora, I certainly would have liked to see them live. There you go, bring King Adora back so I can see them once then they can bugger off again. Oh and Jethro Tull... Although I actually think they are back together, mmm folk rock. Yes, You do that.

Have KA finally split up then? (Probably)
I managed to accidentally see them 9 times. OK not all times were accidental but I really didn't mean to see them that many times, and certainly not as recently as New Years Eve 04/05.

King Adora split up a year or two ago, I think. No great loss to music there (although i confess to loving them when I was 16).
As has already been said, My Vitriol didn't split up, they're just attending the Stone Roses school of releasing a follow up album...

Yeah King Adora kind of spilt up, but now all minus one of them have started a new band, that has so far had three different names or something. I forget.

Via "The Bombshell 50's" and some other band as well I think, the new sound is not all that similar to KA, its still Maxi obviously but its all a bit slower and calmer... Not something I think Maxi does all that well, but there you go.
They have snippits on their myspace (http://www.myspace.com/highsocietyuk)
